Palm Jebel Ali is an artificial archipelago located in the south of Jebel Ali Free Zone, developed by Nakheel Properties. It is set to become a resort-like lifestyle destination and is currently the largest island in Dubai.

The size of Palm Jebel Ali is double that of the iconic Palm Jumeirah, spanning 460 hectares. Upon completion, it will consist of 7 islands and 16 fronds.

Palm Jebel Ali will offer a resort-style experience with 68 miles of coastline, world-class amenities, recreation zones, aqua sports facilities, cycling and pedestrian tracks, beach camping areas, family spaces, over 80 resorts and hotels, as well as numerous F&B and leisure venues.

In alignment with the Dubai 2040 Urban Master Plan, the development will incorporate smart home technology and sustainable practices. Up to 30% of its energy will be generated from renewable sources, making it largely self-sufficient.

Palm Jebel Ali is located just a 15-minute drive from Dubai Marina, one of Dubai’s popular tourist destinations. Its accessibility is enhanced by its proximity to Sheikh Zayed Road, allowing easy access to any part of Dubai.

The MOON, a sensational development by Michael R. Henderson, will feature a 900-foot replica of the moon on top of a 100-foot building. It includes a 4,000-room hotel, an arena for 10,000 people, the authentic Lunar Colony, a boutique 6-star hotel, a Private Member’s Club, a spa, a night club, a ‘moon shuttle,’ and luxury apartments and Sky Villas.

Palm Jebel Ali is expected to accommodate over 35,000 families, attracting high-net-worth individuals. The surge in demand for high-end waterfront properties, similar to the success of Palm Jumeirah, is expected to have a positive economic impact. The project will also create job opportunities in resorts, hotels, and other facilities, benefiting the tourism sector.
